Entry Level IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their career in Information Technology who are eager to develop technical skills while providing support to end users. The successful candidate will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions
• Perform routine system updates and maintenance
• Document issues and solutions in the help desk system
• Escalate complex technical issues to third-party support team when necessary
• Support basic cybersecurity practices and data protection procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
• Familiarity with common software applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Bluebeam)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Salary Range:

Based on experience level

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
