Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to grow within the field. You’ll be the first line of support for end users, helping to ensure smooth operation of workstations, applications, peripherals, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to workstations, applications, peripherals, networks, printers, and phones.

• Monitor and respond to support calls and tickets in a timely and professional manner

• Provide courteous and effective assistance to users of all technical levels

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems

• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Authenticator)

• Follow documentation procedures and maintain accurate records of support activities

• Assist with hardware setup, including lifting and installing equipment (up to 50 lbs.), crawling under desks, and climbing ladders when necessary

• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of the OSI model and TCP/IP concepts and protocols

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
