Key Responsibilities:

• Assist users with basic IT inquiries and guide them through problem resolution.
• Installation and Configuration:
• Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Set up and deploy workstations, ensuring hardware and software compatibility.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of IT support issues and resolutions.
• Create and update documentation for common technical procedures.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and provide efficient solutions.
• Communicate effectively with end-users to gather necessary information for issue resolution.
• Learning and Development:
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework is a plus.
• Strong passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
