Job Title: Device Associate

Experience: We are actively seeking candidates with production experience or a comparable background.

Location: Local candidates only (must live in Orange County)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starts at $20-$25 per hour DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Participate sales meetings, learn about the product, and convey information
2. Understand competitor information and differences of product comparison
3. Understand brands and use of the device
4. Building strong customer / supplier relationships
5. Identify and address customer needs and convey information as needed to owner
6. Work with suppliers and procure materials as needed and keep the supply chain uninterrupted.
7. Strong support for owner through ad-hoc tasks and ensure all ad-hoc task or projects are running on time and completed.
8. Self-motivated, self-starter, and results driven. Able and ensure all tasks are completed on-time
9. Ensure email responses are provided to customers on-time and conveyed as needed to the owner.
10. Understand nuances or roadblocks, finding different options, and providing feedback to owner for quick decision.
11. Well-spoken and can use all Microsoft Office Applications



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Education

• Associate or Biology degree; Biology preferred
• English proficiency

• Must be comfortable working in a team while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Able to work under minimal supervision while observing detailed work instructions.
• Able to adapt to changes in process or routine (flexibility in workflow).
• Must be punctual and have good time management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand for up to 2 hours at a time.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
