Job Summary
If you're interested in an Entry Level Laboratory Assistant job, then this is the best role for you! We are seeking a part-time Lab Technician to join a BioSeparations team, working up to 8 hours per week with a flexible schedule. The role primarily focuses on cleaning laboratory equipment and may include additional support tasks such as solution and buffer preparation.
Job Description
- Clean and store labware properly.
- Prepare solutions and buffers as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory areas.
- Follow established laboratory protocols and procedures.
- Support general laboratory operations as assigned.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols meticulously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive laboratory tasks with accuracy.
- General knowledge of labware and laboratory practices preferred.
- Familiarity with chemistry and biochemistry is a plus.
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- Ability to work up to 8 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $13.43 to $21.43 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
