Entry-Level Laboratory Scientist

Job Summary

Scaled Solutions USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Laboratory Scientist to join our independent laboratory services team in Sugar Land, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in laboratory science, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical testing and support routine and novel R&D projects
• Follow core test processes and accurately report and plot data
• Analyze and interpret results; communicate findings to customers
• Record work in traceable manner and deliver clear, repeatable results
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Manage stock and assist with equipment servicing
• Input samples and support brine quality assurance
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, GLP, and health & safety
• Work within ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Collaborate with team leaders and contribute to project coordination
• Perform other reasonable tasks as required

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or associate’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full training provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
