Entry Level Laborer – Rock Crushing Plant & Yard Work

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Entry Level Laborer to join our team at our quarry . This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, and heavy equipment operation. As an integral part of our crew, you will assist with various tasks related to rock processing, yard maintenance, and equipment support. Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation and maintenance of rock crushing equipment and machinery
• Support yard activities including material handling, loading, and unloading supplies
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and mechanical tasks to ensure equipment functionality
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and other construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections of tools, machinery, and work areas to maintain safety standards
• Help with concrete mixing, finishing, and forming tasks as needed for project support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site, including warehouse areas and storage yards

Skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform simple repairs or adjustments
• Experience or familiarity with forklift operation
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, is a plus
• Understanding of heavy equipment operation in construction or manufacturing settings
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety protocols and teamwork
• Willingness to learn new skills related to concrete forming, yard work, and plant operations
