About the Role

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Landscape Laborer to support our field crews in building exceptional outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on, physical role that’s perfect for someone who is:

· Reliable and ready to show up on time

· Eager to learn a skilled trade

· Committed to safety and teamwork

· Able to take direction and follow through

No prior experience? If you have a great attitude and a strong work ethic, we’ll train the rest.

What You’ll Do

· Work under the direction of our Foreman and Lead Hands on job sites

· Assist with site prep, moving materials, and cleanup

· Operate hand tools, wheelbarrows, and small equipment safely

· Learn the basics of hardscape and softscape installation

· Keep safety, quality, and cleanliness top of mind

· Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors

· Represent CW Designs professionally on-site and with clients

Requirements

· Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

· Punctual and dependable (you show up ready to go)

· Basic understanding of hand tools (shovel, rake, etc.)

· Reliable transportation to/from work

· Legally eligible to work in Canada (or U.S., depending on location)

· Valid driver’s license and clean record preferred
