Entry Level Landscape Project Administrator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about landscape construction, eager to learn, and driven to grow within the industry. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate who shows dedication and a strong work ethic. Fluency in Spanish is required as we often collaborate with Spanish-speaking team members and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of landscape construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, field crews, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Track and monitor project progress, budgets, and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Support in handling permits, submittals, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist in preparing job cost analysis and processing invoices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Interest in landscape construction and public works projects is a plus.
