Entry-Level Leadership & Sales Management Trainee – Utility Programs

Location: Orange County, CA
Immediate Start Available

Going Green NRG partners directly with California utility companies on customer-facing programs focused on energy efficiency upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and utility-funded initiatives.

This role is built for individuals who are ready to start immediately, want hands-on experience, and are motivated by performance-based growth. You’ll begin in the field, learn fast through coaching, and earn increased responsibility as you prove your ability to execute and improve.

What You’ll Be Doing at the Start

• Begin working immediately representing California utility programs
• Engage customers face-to-face using a proven sales process
• Set daily performance goals and work toward them consistently
• Accept coaching and apply feedback in real time
• Develop confidence handling objections and operating under expectations
