Final Inspection Technician – Optical Lenses

We are seeking a detail-oriented, patient, and reliable individual to join our Final Inspection team. This role is critical in ensuring the highest level of quality for precision optical components before they are shipped to customers.

This position is best suited for someone who is calm under pressure, enjoys structured and focused work, and takes satisfaction in accuracy and consistency. The work is repetitive by design and requires a steady, disciplined approach.

What You’ll Do

As a Final Inspection Technician, you will inspect precision optical components using a microscope and precision measurement tools to ensure they meet strict quality standards. This career-worthy opportunity offers a chance to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform inspection processes including Pad & Dry, Push Thru, and Final SQ Inspection (daily microscope use required)
  • Measure surface form and mechanical attributes of finished optical components
  • Carefully review and verify inspection data for accuracy and completeness
  • Package and label finished products for shipping and storage in finished goods inventory
  • Identify and communicate any quality concerns or process issues to supervision
  • Collaborate with the team to support problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Support production needs in related areas as required

(Prior inspection or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate who has the right mindset)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Starting pay: $20 per hour.
