Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or insurance sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in benefits administration is advantageous.
