In this role, you'll connect with individuals and families, help them understand their life insurance options, and guide them toward coverage that protects the people they love most. It's meaningful work — the kind where every conversation matters, and your effort directly determines your income.


This is an agency built on mentorship. You won't be thrown into the deep end and left to figure it out alone. From day one, you'll have experienced leaders walking alongside you, sharing what they know, and helping you build the skills and habits that produce results.


First-year earning potential when goals are met: $120,000+

Compensation:

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and transparency.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Track and report on your progress, celebrating milestones and identifying areas for growth.
