Duties

• Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal coverage solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, answering questions, and guiding clients through the application process.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up with prospects.
• Utilize analysis skills to assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and expand outreach efforts across diverse communities, including multilingual markets.

Qualifications
