Entry Level Life/Health Insurance Agent

As an Entry Level Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting various insurance products.

This role offers a great opportunity for professional growth and development within the field. It is a hybrid position that can be worked anywhere in the U.S. Commission Pay Only.

Duties

• Reach out to prospective clients through outside sales activities, including telemarketing and community outreach
• Educate clients on various life and health insurance products, emphasizing benefits and coverage options
• Conduct needs analysis to recommend tailored insurance plans that meet individual client requirements
• Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and understanding
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and following up on leads
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that increase client engagement and retention
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or benefits administration

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts
• Proven ability in negotiation and persuasion to close sales effectively
• Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is a plus, demonstrating proactive outreach capabilities
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities
• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Ability to adapt marketing strategies across different platforms to maximize outreach efforts
