Entry Level Maintenance Technician

Overview

Lake Limerick Country Club (LLCC), a private community in Mason County, Washington, seeks a highly skilled and technically proficient Maintenance Technician to assist in all phases of grounds, property maintenance, and appearance, including but not limited to power washing, raking, yard maintenance, trash collection, and maintenance. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work. The position will require working with exterior equipment, power tools, and heavy lifting. This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and office, parking lots, parks, and other community buildings.
• Removes trash from office and property areas daily.
• Assists with assigned maintenance tasks.
• Conducts routine inspection of playgrounds, picnic pavilions, BBQs, and other outdoor community amenities.
• Cleans, paints and preserves playgrounds and other outdoor amenities and repairs playground equipment and fall protection materials.
• Paint, as assigned.
• Professionally represents Lake Limerick Country Club at all times.
• Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected promptly. Immediately report all hazardous conditions to the direct supervisor.
• Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Required
• 1-3 years previous work experience Required
• Performs work outside in all weather conditions and performs physical work, as well as lifting weights up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Requires a self-motivated team player who pays close attention to detail and can prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
• DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required

Compensation We are committed to offering competitive compensation for all our Lake Limerick Country Club positions. The hiring range for this position is generally between $20 - $23 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits. Final salaries will be determined based on skills, education, licenses, certfications, and/or experience. All candidates must be able to pass a background check before starting employment.
