Entry Level Maintenance Technician (Landscaping & Facilities)

Entry Level Maintenance Tech: Full Time

Caymas Boats is looking for an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to assist with general property maintenance and landscaping duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and learning basic maintenance skills. Responsibilities include maintaining landscaping appearance, assisting with repairs, and helping keep facilities clean and safe. .

What you will do:

• Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and planting
• Water lawns, shrubs, flowers, and landscaped areas
• Remove trash, leaves, and debris from grounds and common areas
• Assist with basic maintenance repairs such as painting, changing light bulbs, and minor equipment repairs
• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor spaces
• Assist with seasonal property upkeep such as snow removal or leaf collection (if applicable)
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
• Follow company safety procedures and use protective equipment when required
• Support other maintenance team members as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to operate or learn to operate lawn care and maintenance equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred
• Valid driver’s license may be required

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
