What You’re Expected To Work On as a Entry-Level Manager

• Engage with Houston customers in a residential setting, providing product information, answering questions, and guiding them through service options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized AT&T solutions, effectively communicating the benefits of various offerings.
• Support the onboarding and mentoring of new team members, ensuring alignment with performance goals and company standards.
• Accurately process sales transactions and manage customer accounts in compliance with established requirements.
• Propose upgrades and premium service packages to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Maintain AT&T brand standards and compliance protocols in all customer interactions.

What Makes You Qualified as an Entry-Level Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-To-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or any related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or any client-facing role is a plus
• Available to work in flexible scheduling
• Reliable transportation is an advantage
