We are currently building a talent bank for upcoming management positions in our Property Management and Reservations Teams. If you are looking for a fast-paced, high output, flexible work environment within the exciting and growing short-term rental industry, then West Indies is for you!

Job Description

The management team at West Indies is in charge of the following:

• Reservations: Handling all inquiries and bookings and addressing all guest concerns before they arrive to their property.
• Guest Management: Vacation Property Managers must be 100% available for guests during their stay to quickly attend to any issues that may arise.
• Property Management: Maintain all West Indies properties in top condition. This includes repairing any items damaged from wear and tear and, more importantly, ensuring that properties are in a constant state of improvement. I
• Owner Management: The owners of the properties we manage are as important as the guests that stay in them. Property owners expect their property to be kept in top condition, and they expect the highest returns possible.
• Housekeeping Management: Managing the housekeeping schedule, housekeeping staff, and cleaning instructions and protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferably in Business or Hospitality.
• Job Location: Offices in San Juan, Humacao and Mayaguez and properties across the island
• Excellent English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent tech skills - specifically email, slack, excel/gsheets
• Availability to work on weekends is a must
• Passion for customer service
• Ability to self manage time
• Fast-paced worker
• Flexibility to take on projects that are out of basic job description
• Property Manager knowledge
• Hospitality
