Entry Level Marketing Associate

We are a growing event-based marketing and fundraising firm representing nationally recognized nonprofits and purpose-driven brands. We create engaging in-person events that connect communities with meaningful causes. With new client campaigns launching, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Marketing Associate.

This role is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to start a long-term career in marketing, fundraising, or event promotions. No experience is required—paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at local events, promotional pop-ups, and community outreach initiatives
• Engage with attendees to increase brand awareness and support fundraising campaigns
• Communicate client messaging clearly and professionally
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
• Collaborate with team members to meet weekly marketing and outreach goals
• Participate in ongoing training to build skills in marketing, communication, and event management
• Offer ideas and feedback to improve event performance and outreach strategies

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
