Overview
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Generalist to support our Director of Marketing with day-to-day marketing activities, coordination, and organization.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to gain hands-on experience across creative, digital, and campaign management. You’ll help keep marketing initiatives moving while building a strong foundation in modern marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Creative support & brand consistency: Assist with reviewing and organizing creative assets to ensure they align with brand guidelines.
- Reporting & data support: Help compile basic marketing reports and performance summaries using provided templates and tools.
- Budget tracking & reconciliation: Support expense tracking, invoice reconciliation, and basic budget documentation.
- Social media posting & scheduling: Schedule and publish social media posts according to the content calendar.
- Campaign & calendar coordination: Help maintain marketing calendars, deadlines, and task lists to support ongoing campaigns.
- Team & vendor coordination: Assist with communication between internal teams and external partners as needed.
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with basic spreadsheets, documents, and reporting tools
- Interest in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Internship experience or coursework in marketing is a plus.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
