This role is built for people who want to break into a high-value skill set with no prior experience. We provide structured training, consistent support, and a performance-based pay model — and we train you from the ground up.

This is not a closing role. Your responsibility is to generate opportunities by setting appointments, not to close deals.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: Off
• Work is performed in assigned canvassing territories

Compensation & Earnings

Base Pay

• $250 base pay in any week you set 5 or more appointments

Commission (per week)

• Appointments 1–2: $150 each
• Appointments 3–9: $100 each
• Reach 10 appointments: every appointment that week is paid $150 (10 = $1,500)
• Reach 15 appointments: every appointment that week is paid $175 (15 = $2,625); every appointment beyond 15 also pays $175

Sold-Job Bonus

• $150 for every appointment you set that becomes a signed job

First-90-Days Bonus (up to $3,000)

• $500 at week 2 • $750 at day 30 • $750 at day 60 • $1,000 at day 90

Plus: year-end vacation bonus and ongoing performance bonuses.

What you can earn: A strong 10-appointment week is about $1,750, and a 15-appointment week is about $2,875 — before sold-job and milestone bonuses. Your earnings grow as you build the skill, and our most consistent setters are our top earners.

Position Overview

We're hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level field marketing role focused on appointment setting. You'll canvass residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and set appointments for our roofing specialists. This is a field, outdoor, door-to-door position — not remote, inside sales, or office work.
