Required Skills & Experience

• Skilled at managing and optimizing marketing strategies for multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without losing quality
• Work closely with team members to ensure strategy success
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly evolving digital landscape
• Ability to balance creative work (content, campaigns, ideas) with detail-oriented tasks (organization, follow-through, accuracy)
• Strong oral and written communication skills to clearly share ideas and results
• Process-minded with excellent problem-solving skills — able to break down tasks and get them done
• Comfortable working across multiple software platforms and digital tools
• Able to research topics, gather insights, and translate them into actionable strategies or team training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Not required but helpful

• Experience with Google Analytics, content creation, graphic design, social media marketing, website creation, and/or SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design applications.
• Relatable marketing experience.
