Entry-Level Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer —

Seeking staff member who is available to work on site in the same office with the director of marketing! It’s a very fast-paced collaborative position!

Responsibilities include:

- Ceate daily social media graphics and posts for SWIHA's Instagram and Facebook

- Respond to all inquiries on SWIHA and SWINA Facebook Messenger.

- Monitor and manage the SWIHA Conscious Facebook Page, including membership requests and post moderation

- Handle direct messages on social media accounts

- Produce TikTok and Instagram Reel videos

- Design PowerPoint presentations for webinars

- Organize and maintain informational folders

- Collect RSVPs for events like open houses and Gifts and Graces

- Proofread marketing emails and any materials

- Assist in creating marketing emails and generating copy for landing pages and e-touches

- Collaborate with Admissions on sales messaging

- Create Facebook events for open houses, webinars, and other marketing initiatives

- Send Outlook invites to team members for marketing events

- Set up and share Zoom webinars

- Create and manage HubSpot templates for the Admissions team

- Generate labels for class calendars

- Write ad copy for paid social ads

- Update LinkTree links

- Proofread website copy

- Run Facebook Live sessions for all Gifts & Graces events

Minimum Requirements:

- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop

- Willingness to learn HubSpot and Sales Message

- Basic social media experience

- Copywriting skills

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork; collaboration and problem-solving is essential; have the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature a small all-inclusive marketing department
