We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Tech to join our team in California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our healthcare mission by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our community outreach and patient engagement.
Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and search engines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with social media posts, email campaigns, and local outreach efforts.
• Prepare and print flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain marketing and patient contact databases.
• Help organize community events or health fairs.
• Support general administrative duties as needed.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts (social media, email communications, local advertising).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools (like Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling routine administrative tasks, including printing and preparing documents for outreach, patient education, or marketing materials.
