About the Role

Wynn Acquisitions is hiring reliable, career-motivated individuals to represent major retail and consumer brands through live, in-store product demonstrations. This position requires professionalism, consistent attendance, and the ability to engage with customers throughout the day.

• Interact confidently with customers for several hours per shift

• Commit to a full-time schedule (30–40 hours/week)

Minimum Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)

• Reliable transportation to the Hartford office and multiple retail partner locations
• Full-time availability (Monday–Sunday scheduling flexibility; weekends may be required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and engage customers continuously
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work on-site — this is not a remote or hybrid role
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but not required: customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience; informal leadership experience.

• Participate in paid training to learn in-store marketing skills
• Greet customers, start conversations, and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Demonstrate products clearly and accurately
• Answer questions and guide purchasing decisions
• Build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service
• Represent Wynn Acquisitions and our clients with professionalism at all times

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed hourly base pay
