Role Description

Virtue BioMed is seeking motivated Medical Device Sales Representatives to develop and grow assigned territories throughout California.

This is an outside sales position where representatives spend the majority of their time prospecting physician offices, surgery centers, pain management practices, orthopedic groups, dermatology offices, sports medicine clinics, medical spas, and other healthcare providers.

Success in this role is driven by consistent daily activity, disciplined follow-up, and a willingness to be in the field meeting healthcare providers every day.

Daily Responsibilities

• Prospect new healthcare practices and identify key decision makers. Visit 20-30 healthcare practices per day throughout an assigned territory. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with physicians and clinicalstaff. Educate physicians and clinical staff on Virtue BioMed's advanced platelet therapy platform and its clinical applications. Present the clinical, operational, and economic advantages of VirtueBioMed's technology. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospectingand follow-up. Develop long-term customer relationships that generate recurring business. Manage an assigned territory with minimal supervision while achievingsales objectives.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in California. College degree is not required but is strongly preferred.
• Degrees in Biology, Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pre-Med, Business, or related fields are strongly preferred. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Individuals with strong B2B, outside sales, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical-related sales experience who are looking to transition into medical device sales are encouraged to apply. Former collegiate athletes, military veterans, or individuals with competitive backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable speaking with physicians, surgeons, office managers,administrators, and healthcare executives. Ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate clinical conceptsrelated to advanced platelet therapies. Comfortable making 20-30 in-person sales calls per day whilemaintaining a disciplined follow-up process. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle required for daily travel. Willingness to travel extensively throughout an assigned California territory. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds, including centrifuges, demonstration equipment, and product inventory.

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position offering an aggressive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.

• 30% commission on all new customer orders. 20% commission on all recurring customer orders. No commission cap. Recurring income from accounts you develop. High-performing representatives have the opportunity to build substantial long-term income while growing their territories and customer base.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
