This position is designed for individuals who want to start a career in healthcare and insurance services while developing professional sales and client relationship skills.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide structured training and ongoing support to help new team members learn the industry, understand available plans, and build professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on available health insurance options and coverage programs
• Assist clients in reviewing plan benefits, eligibility, and enrollment options
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding policy questions and updates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building professional relationships
