Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with routine motorcycle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, and suspension adjustments.
• Support the assembly and disassembly of motorcycles during repair or customization projects.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and parts are properly stored.
• Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, welding, soldering, and other technical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior service technician experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles or automotive systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Customer service mindset with clear communication skills.
