Entry Level - Ocean Import Coordinator (Freight forwarding/Logistics)

SEAMAX FREIGHT INTERNATIONAL, INC (NVOCC/Freight forwarder) is seeking for an import coordinator with ENTRY level experiences in ocean& air import, dealing with steam ship lines, airlines, custom brokers, trucking co, and all related documentation.

Position: Entry Level- Ocean Import Coordinator (NVOCC/Freight forwarder)

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

Qualifications and Skills:

· Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)

· Fluent in English. (Bilingual Mandarin / Chinese or Korean is a plus)

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

· Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must

Responsibilities and Duties but not limited to:

· Process and manage import shipments.

· Data input / documentation.

· Arrange and co-ordinate with customers for customs clearance and door delivery.

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Work well in a team environment and assist other co-workers when needed.
