We’re hiring an Entry-Level Office Administrator to support our recruiting and event coordination team. This is a full-time, in-office position where you’ll gain hands-on experience in hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day business operations.
No prior experience required — we provide full training.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist with recruiting, event booking, and other general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings on various job boards and recruitment platform
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with potential candidates
- Communicate with applicants via phone, email, and other platforms
- Maintain an organized candidate tracking system
- Coordinate and plan organized events
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and management team— Assist with office tasks such as email management, data entry, and scheduling
- Maintain/develop/update, in extreme detail, database system with past/current/future events, connections, and points of contact
- Provides the highest standard of customer service and serves as the primary point of contact for all event queries and event staff
- Provide support in various office tasks to help the team operate efficiently and achieve its goals.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
