Operations Assistant (Entry-Level) – Henderson / Las Vegas, NV

Hands-on role supporting multiple growing businesses

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and organized Operations Assistant to support a business owner managing companies in real estate, short-term rentals (Airbnb), residential cleaning, and mobile detailing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student, intern, or recent graduate looking to gain practical, real-world experience across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational and administrative support to the director
• Assist with task coordination, scheduling, and general organization
• Support real estate operations (property showings, key coordination, access management)
• Help manage short-term rental needs (guest coordination, restocking supplies, resolving minor issues)
• Assist with cleaning company logistics (team coordination, quality control visits, candidate interviews)
• Support mobile detailing operations (service check-ins, supply coordination)
• Capture basic video content using a smartphone for social media purposes
• Run occasional business-related errands as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic familiarity with social media or AI tools is a plus
• Interest in business, real estate, or operations preferred

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage/gas reimbursed)
• Must be based in Henderson / Las Vegas area
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation:

• $13 – $16 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement
