Entry Level Operations Support Assistant

We’re hiring an in-office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a structured, professional environment.

This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, organization, and being dependable every day. If you take pride in doing the fundamentals well, staying organized, and supporting a team behind the scenes, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll do:

  • Possibly greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Answer and route phone calls accurately and efficiently
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with basic office organization
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room use
  • Assist with order entry and documentation as needed
  • Support customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable working in an in-office environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through consistently
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, documents, data entry)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
