We’re hiring an in-office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a structured, professional environment.

What you’ll do:
- Possibly greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
- Answer and route phone calls accurately and efficiently
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and assist with basic office organization
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room use
- Assist with order entry and documentation as needed
- Support customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through consistently
- Basic computer proficiency (email, documents, data entry)
