About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our orthopedic sales team as a Sales Representative in Knoxville, TN. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to break into the lucrative field of orthopedic medical device sales.

Key Responsibilities:

*Represent multiple lines of orthopedic products to physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff

*Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals

*Attend surgeries and provide support and education on product use

*Manage sales pipeline, maintain territory records, and meet sales targets

*Stay informed on industry trends and product developments

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree preferred

*Sales experience (any industry) or medical background is a plus

*Strong interpersonal, organization, communication skills

*Self-starter with the ability to work independently

*Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory

*Ability to become credentialed with local healthcare facilities

*Ability to manage surgical schedule and inventory
