Role Overview

We are seeking motivated entry-level paralegals to join our team in Las Vegas. While our clients are served virtually across the U.S., this position requires you to work in our Las Vegas office daily. This is an excellent opportunity for recent paralegal program graduates or individuals just starting their legal careers to gain hands-on experience and structured training in bankruptcy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with bankruptcy case preparation, filings, and document management.
• Draft and proofread legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case files.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and trustees as needed.
• Track deadlines and case progress using our internal systems.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or recent graduation from an accredited paralegal program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with case management software.
• English required; Spanish proficiency preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED (bilingual applicants encouraged to apply).
• No prior bankruptcy experience required — training provided.
• Must be based in Las Vegas and available to work in-office daily.
