Entry Level Project Manager - Remediation

The Remediation Project Manager will oversee and manage environmental cleanup projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and completion within specified timelines. *Duties* - Develop and implement remediation plans for contaminated sites - Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals - Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effective and timely completion - Supervise onsite remediation activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols - Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings - Utilize construction management software such as Xactimate project tracking -

*Skills*

- Proficient in project management techniques

- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles

- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

- Experience working on construction sites and managing remediation activities

-Experience in Large Loss and chasing fires is a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
