Entry Level Quality Inspector - 3rd Shift

• Must be at least 18 yrs old
• 9p to 5:30a, Sunday night through Thursday night
• Responsible for final inspection of all processed parts
• Reviews, approves and documents paperwork thoroughly and accurately
• Requires high level of attention to detail

ABOUT THE JOB:

The main function of this position is to ensure the accuracy of documentation and alignment with customer requirements as a final check that parts are conforming before being delivered to the customer. Must have attention to detail, good typing skills, and work at a good pace to keep up with current production demands.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Make judgement calls on parts to ensure they meet company inspection criteria and PO requirements
• Sign Certification of Conformance (CoC) that orders have been completed per the Purchase Order
• Check temperature, pH, or PPM of tanks and record data
• Complete simple process testing as required
• Complete processing audits as required
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Review Hold Shelf to determine proper QC disposition
• Must be able to pass color-blindness test

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

None.

SKILLS:

• Basic ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office tools to enter and review quality inspection data.
• High competency level to understand compliance to specifications and regulatory requirements
