About the Role

The Staff Analyst will support the acquisitions and valuations functions, reporting to a Vice President on the investment team. This is a strong entry point for someone looking to build a career in institutional real estate investing with hands-on exposure to underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio-level analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pro forma cash flow projections in Argus Enterprise and Excel for quarterly appraisal valuations
• Prepare pro forma cash flow projections for the analysis of potential acquisitions and redevelopments
• Perform due diligence including lease abstraction, contract review, and financial statement analysis
• Conduct comparative analyses of property budgets across leasing, rent, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Analyze demographic and market data
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support operating decisions and investment client requests
• Assist in preparation of the annual strategic plan presented to investment partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Entry-level to early career candidates welcome
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent quantitative analysis skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Argus Enterprise / DCF software experience a plus
• Yardi experience a plus
