Entry-Level Real Estate Photographer

Job Title: Entry-Level Real Estate Photographer

Location: DFW Metroplex - mostly Dallas and surrounding Cities

Company: A+ Real Estate Photography

Let’s make one thing clear…

I know the job title says “Entry-Level Real Estate Photographer,” but let me be honest with you —we are not photographers first. We are customer service reps who happen to hold a camera.

At A+ Real Estate Photography, we care way more about your personality, energy, and ability to connect with people than we do about your photography resume. If you're the kind of person who can walk into a room and instantly make people feel at ease—you’re already ahead of 90% of applicants.

This job is tailor-made for someone who’s worked in hospitality, retail, bartending, or any other fast-paced, people-facing job. We can teach you how to shoot. What we can’t teach is warmth, presence, and people skills—and that’s what we value most.

Please be sure to answer the questions in the " Answer these questions from the employer" section to be considered for this job!!! If these are not filled out, your application will be rejected by the system and we will never see it.

About Us

A+ Real Estate Photography works with some of the top real estate agents in the area, and what keeps them coming back isn't just our photos—it's how we treat them. We show up early, communicate clearly, make their clients feel at ease, and deliver a smooth, premium experience from start to finish.

We're not here to be another vendor. We’re here to be a true extension of their brand—and that takes people with personality and presence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Photograph homes and properties around Dallas (we’ll teach you how)
  • Be a warm, confident presence for our agent clients and their homeowners
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, friendliness, and poise
  • Coordinate with our editing team to deliver beautiful, on-brand media
  • Solve problems on the fly, adapt to different environments, and keep things moving with a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

  • Service industry background strongly preferred (baristas, bartenders, servers—this is your kind of job)
  • Outgoing, charismatic, and confident around people
  • Can read a room, adapt quickly, and bring good energy to every shoot
  • Clear communicator (verbally and in writing)
  • Coachable and eager to learn—we’ll train you on everything technical
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

What You Need

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable, presentable transportation
  • Flexible availability during weekdays (up to 30 hours/week)
  • Comfort using apps and basic tech tools (we’ll show you what you need)
  • Ability to learn shooting the right angles
  • A genuine love for helping people
  • Dependable transportation!

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Paid hands-on training in real estate photography
  • A team that actually cares about you and your growth
  • Flexible schedule
  • Creative, on-the-go work environment
  • Behind-the-scenes access to the real estate world
  • Tons of opportunity to grow with the company

To Apply

Apply directly through Indeed and make sure you answer the employer questions—we use them to filter applicants, and incomplete submissions will be rejected automatically.

Let us know who you are, what you’ve done, and why this sounds like your kind of gig. We’re not looking for perfect resumes—we’re looking for the right people.
