Compensation:

$120,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
  • Utilize company-provided leads and resources to build and expand your client base.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer any questions throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both in person and through digital channels.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating a commitment to growth.
  • Familiarity with the Worcester, MA real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to manage leads and client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
