Compensation:

$115,500 - $198,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Assist clients in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions, offering guidance at each step.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends to better serve clients and identify opportunities.
  • Utilize company-provided leads to build and nurture a robust client base.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a willingness to learn quickly.
