This is not a commission-only jump-in-and-hope position. This is a step-by-step development program.

Compensation Structure:

• Paid hourly/salary entry-level phase. Full Time
• Company-sponsored licensing (after performance review)
• Gradual transition into commission-based income with mentorship support
• Performance-based income growth opportunities
