Entry Level Recruiter
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Utilize search engines like Indeed and Ziprecruiter for candidate searching
- Support training and development initiatives for new hires
- Participate in negotiating offers and contracts with potential candidates
- Contribute to succession planning efforts within the organization
- Engage in sourcing activities to build a talent pipeline
- Assist in employee relations matters as needed
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with search engines systems such as Indeed is a plus
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in training development and talent acquisition
- Basic understanding of negotiation principles
- Comfortable with cold calling techniques
Monday- Friday
8am to 5 pm
