Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our aesthetic and med spa team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in medical aesthetics, and cosmetic procedures. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, administering aesthetic treatments and supporting clients through their aesthetic journey. The RN will work closely with physicians and aestheticians to ensure safe, effective, and personalized treatments in a professional, welcoming environment.
Duties
- Perform aesthetic procedures including HIFU, RF, Body and laser treatments following established protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct patient assessments, medical history review, and skin evaluations.
- Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-procedure care, and expected outcomes.
- Administer injections with precision using aseptic technique while ensuring patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Monitor patients during and after procedures to manage any adverse reactions or complications.
- Assist in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's aesthetic goals.
- Current BLS certification (Required)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the medical team to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and care quality.
- Stay current on advancements in aesthetic medicine, laser technology, and skincare products.
Requirements
- Valid RN license with current state licensure.
- Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine; experience with dermal fillers and botulinum toxin preferred.
- Experience in medical aesthetics preferred (microneedling, RF, injectables, lasers, etc.) but willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to aesthetic treatments.
- Strong understanding of aseptic technique, infection control practices, and patient assessment skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about procedures and aftercare.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
