Entry Level Retail Marketing Assistant

Vendita is hiring an Entry-Level Retail Marketing Assistant to support in-person marketing campaigns in the Nashville area. This role is designed for individuals who are outgoing, dependable, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in retail marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation.

In this position, you will help represent client brands in retail-based settings, speak directly with customers, provide accurate information about available services, and support a positive customer experience. No prior marketing experience is required. We provide paid training to help new team members learn campaign details, communication standards, and daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in a professional retail environment
• Engage with customers face-to-face and provide clear information about available services
• Assist with in-person marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts
• Answer customer questions and help guide interested customers through next steps
• Support basic setup, organization, and daily campaign materials as needed
• Track customer interactions, interest, and campaign activity accurately
• Work with team members to maintain a smooth and positive customer experience
• Participate in paid training, team meetings, and performance check-ins
• Stay informed on current campaign goals, service details, and customer communication guidelines
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and reliable presence during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to work full-time on-site in Nashville, TN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face retail setting
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or sales is a plus, but not required

This is an on-site, customer-facing position based in Nashville, TN. The role is performed in retail-based settings and may require standing for extended periods, speaking with customers throughout the day, and working as part of a team during scheduled shifts.
