O&M Communications, a sales and business consulting firm, is recruiting an Entry Level Sales Advisor to support our client, AT&T, in reaching their local consumer base. This Entry Level Sales Advisor role is ideal for individuals looking to build leadership skills while gaining expertise in wireless sales, customer engagement, and team management!
As an Entry Level Sales Advisor, you will build expertise in the systems and strategies that power AT&T’s success—managing data integrity in sales platforms, assisting with campaign rollout, and ensuring new mobile customers are onboarded accurately and efficiently. The Entry Level Sales Advisor's proactive support will aid team performance and positive customer experiences.
Entry Level Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
- Support daily sales operations and customer engagement by presenting AT&T wireless cell phone products with clarity, enthusiasm, and product expertise.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to reinforce AT&T service standards, strengthen product knowledge, and achieve campaign goals.
- Track lead flow, service activations, and outreach activity in sales systems to build fluency in pipeline management and ensure accurate performance reporting.
- Log customer preferences, service milestones, and account updates to drive retention strategies and identify upsell opportunities within AT&T’s residential wireless base.
- Coordinate with other Entry Level Sales Advisors and internal AT&T teams to troubleshoot service concerns, align messaging, and guarantee smooth delivery across residential accounts.
- Analyze account trends and team metrics to support strategic decisions, optimize outreach, and contribute to AT&T’s long‑term growth initiatives.
Entry Level Sales Advisor Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or marketing is a plus.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer support—especially in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain AT&T wireless service options and build trust with residential customers seeking cell phone solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital tools with a focus on accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and workflow management to support sales performance and Entry Level Sales Advisor team efficiency.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
