• The Gig: You’re talking to homeowners from our warm lists. No cold prospecting from absolute scratch. You use our high-octane scripts to build massive rapport, handle basic objections, and schedule FREE estimates for windows, doors, siding, and baths.

PATH 2: Field Squad (Neighborhood Canvasser / Brand Ambassador)

• The Vibe: Outdoor autonomy, direct face-to-face psychology, pure hustle.
• The Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM (Perfect for night owls who hate mornings).
• The Gig: You hit the best local neighborhoods when people are actually home. You are the face of ECS. You engage homeowners, drop our insane promotions (like our famous Instant Signing Rebates), and hook the appointment. You aren't selling the product—you are selling a free conversation.
