Entry Level Sales & Design Consultant

Are you obsessed with home trends? Do you find yourself scrolling through design blogs or reimagining every room you walk into? Fike Bros Carpet One is looking for a motivated, high-energy individual to join our Huntingdon showroom as a Sales & Design Consultant.

​This is an entry-level position where your passion for aesthetics meets your drive for success. We provide the industry knowledge; you provide the creativity and "take-charge" attitude.

​What You’ll Do:

• ​Inspire Clients: Help homeowners find the perfect flooring and home solutions that match their style and budget.
• ​Take the Lead: Manage projects from the initial design consultation through the final sale.
• ​Stay Current: Keep up-to-date on the latest flooring trends, materials, and interior design shifts.
• ​Build Relationships: Grow your own book of business by being a proactive communicator and a reliable expert.
• Store Ownership: You’ll be responsible for how the store looks and feels. This includes arranging eye-catching displays, merchandising new products, and keeping the showroom "showroom ready".
• Daily Operations: Managing inventory, handling samples, and making sure the day-to-day business runs like a well-oiled machine.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
