Entry Level Sales Management Associate

Revolt Solution Inc is a business and client development firm and is expanding its Austin sales team with an Entry level Sales Management Associate role focused on helping customers maximize their AT&T services while overseeing a sales team. The Entry level Sales Management Associate will learn account management and sales while supporting households with cell phones, wireless devices, and home internet.

As an Entry level Sales Management Associate, our training develops your expertise in AT&T's fiber options while teaching proven strategies for managing customer accounts. The Entry level Sales Management Associate will own a portfolio of accounts, conducting check-ins to ensure satisfaction and troubleshoot service concerns.

Responsibilities of the Entry level Sales Management Associate

  • Maintain and manage accounts by discussing their AT&T Fiber options, then recommending solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Grow accounts by identifying opportunities to add AT&T services, such as upgrading to a family plan or adding home internet for better coverage.
  • Assist customers in managing their accounts, from selecting new devices to adjusting plans, ensuring they feel supported at every step.
  • Help oversee the sales team and coach new sales representatives.
  • Follow up with customers to review their AT&T account performance, using feedback to suggest improvements or additional services.

Qualifications of the Entry level Sales Management Associate

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in sales or account management is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain AT&T services clearly.
  • Eager to develop skills in account management and sales.

Pay: $52,105.10 - $61,341.63 per year
