Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate

Our client is currently hiring a full-time Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate in Fayetteville, NC. This is a W2 position working in retail store environments and local territories, focused on customer acquisition, brand promotion, and sales execution.

This role involves being on your feet throughout the shift, actively approaching customers, introducing products/services, and guiding them through the enrollment or purchasing process. This is a face-to-face, in-person sales role—not remote.

No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided to teach sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Work inside retail locations engaging with walk-in customers
• Approach customers directly to initiate conversations and build rapport
• Present and explain client products and services clearly and confidently
• Execute sales transactions and customer enrollments
• Maintain strong customer service and a positive brand image
• Stay on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced retail environment
• Learn and apply sales scripts, marketing strategies, and closing techniques
• Track daily performance and hit individual and team sales goals
• Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions
• Travel to assigned retail locations (reliable transportation required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• W2 Employment (not 1099)
• Base pay (guaranteed) + uncapped commission

Requirements:

• Must be available full-time and able to work weekends
• Must have reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on your feet for the duration of shifts
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a retail sales environment
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay: $49,404.93 - $59,498.41 per year
